We’re almost finished with the mass email migration. Recall, this migration affected all “Spro.net” email clients as well as customers who who use a domain-based email service through a SolutionPro web hosting package.
As a function of this upgrade in service, we’ve also re-aligned the email section of our FAQ to accurately reflect the new email configuration settings.
Some highlights of the FAQ change are:
-Downloadable and Printable pdf documents for email configuration settings
-PDF documents with “GET Help Links” in case you need extra help changing your email settings
-FAQ organized based on whether you are a “New Customer” or an “Existing Customer” to ensure your email settings are set up properly.
