- Open Internet Explorer
- Type the following URL in the address bar ftp://username:

- Drag and drop, or edit the files you wish to edit
NOTE: If you are accessing via FTP client, like FileZilla you can use the following connection information:
Hostname = domain.com
Username = domain.com
Password = Password
Port = 21
Click “Quickconnect”
NOTE: Below are the IP addresses to the hosting servers if you are unable to access the domain via DNS name.
