Description: Use the following steps to access the Phones Web Portal. This applies to both Residential and Business class customers that have SolutionPro & Westel phone service. It can be used to view call logs, block callers, forward calls, check voicemail, and various other features.
- Open your web browser
- Type in http://phones.solutionpro.com or http://phones.westelfiber.com
- Type in the username
NOTE: The username is the customers 10 digit telephone phone number
- Type in the password
- Browse the various features tabs at the top of the page until you have found the options you or the customers are looking for
