FAQ - VOIP Phone Service

How Do I Manage My VOIP Phone Service?

Description: Use the following steps to access the Phones Web Portal. This applies to both Residential and Business class customers that have SolutionPro & Westel phone service. It can be used to view call logs, block callers, forward calls, check voicemail, and various other features.

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Type in http://phones.solutionpro.com or http://phones.westelfiber.com
  3. Type in the username

    NOTE: The username is the customers 10 digit telephone phone number
  4. Type in the password
  5. Browse the various features tabs at the top of the page until you have found the options you or the customers are looking for
